This spring, 95.2% of staff reported that district culture had improved from last school year to this school year. 97.6% also reported that both transparency and communication had improved in 2025-2026.

Attendance is a national measure of culture. We are proud that students have a 96% attendance rate and staff have a 95% attendance rate showing the strong culture of Beechwood!

Impact Survey

School Climate

On the Fall 2025 Impact Working Conditions Survey, school-level climate had 82% favorable responses from our staff putting Beechwood in the top quintile nationally. In addition, the domain with the highest increase from the previous survey was emotional well-being and belonging.
